Log in problems?

If your user name and password are correct, the problem could be that your browser (for example Internet Explorer) does not accept “cookies”. Click HERE to find out more.

If you still have login problems, here are some possible reasons:

  • You may be running web filtering software that disables cookies. If so, you will need to configure the software so that it enables you to accept cookies from http://www.rscds.org
  • Your computer may be behind a firewall or proxy server that prevents cookies from being sent to or from your browser. If so, you will need to ask your systems administrator if the problem can be fixed.

If you are still having problems logging in, and you are certain that you have the correct user name and password, and you have tried all of the remedies mentioned above, then clear all cookies and temporary files from your browser, and then attempt to log in again.

If all else fails contact the website editor (website.editor@rscds.org) who will try to help you.
