Dance Scottish Week 2008 Programme

1. Receptions/Members evenings on 16 and 17 September at Headquarters from 6.30pm – 7.30pm, with invited guests, wine and entertainment from some of our well-known musicians.
2. Open days at Headquarters on 16 and 17 September from 1.00pm – 4.00pm. All welcome!

3. Display of recent memorabilia on 16 and 17 September at Headquarters.

4. A colouring competition.

5. All Branches are again invited to participate by holding events in their local areas.

As a start to the week and as part of their own events programme, Glasgow Branch is holding  a Memorial Dance for George Lawson and Duncan MacLean on Saturday 13 September in the Carmichael Hall, Glasgow. Also an open afternoon of dancing is being held at Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, Glasgow on Saturday 20 September. On Wednesday evening 17 September, the Dunedin Dancers have a club night at Morningside Parish Church, Edinburgh, where members will be made welcome after the reception at Headquarters.
