Booking Information

For Summer School 2010 there will be an online form at www.rscds.org that applicants can complete. The form will be available from midday on Monday 21^st December 2009 and should be returned by Friday 30^th January 2010.

Deposits will not be requested however the full fees will be due by 31^st March 2010.

No paper application forms will be available but printed information about Summer School and a guide to selecting classes can be requested.

Depending upon the date when you book, the fees will be as follows:

 En-suite room suppliment £150.00 per week

The Royal Scottish Country Dance Society is under no liability whatsoever in respect of any personal injury which you may sustain and you agree to conform to any rules or regulations which may be made from time to time and which govern your visit to Summer School.

Applications will be accepted on the basis that this is a practical dancing course and your physical fitness should allow you to participate fully in both morning classes for all six days.

Every effort will be made to provide refunds up to 30th April. Refunds will not be made for cancellations after this date unless the cancelled places are filled by new applicants. All refunds will be subject to an administrative charge of £65.00. Students are strongly advised to have suitable insurance to cover any loss of fees in the event of illness, injury or other unavoidable circumstance.

For members who do not have internet access they will be able to make telephone bookings on the following dates in January 2010: 

From February telephone booking can be made on Mondays and Fridays, between 10am and 4pm, only.
