AGM & Conference Weekend Accommodation

The Annual Conference Weekend and 83rd Annual General Meeting will be held at the Beach Ballroom, Aberdeen from Friday 2nd November to Sunday 4th November 2012. Aberdeen Convention Bureau has made a booking facility available for official accommodation options.

As accommodation in Aberdeen is always at a premium, it is recommended that dancers book their accommodation as soon as possible. The nearest hotel to the Conference venue is the Doubletree by Hilton (formerly the Patio Hotel) although other hotels are nearer to the city centre. PLEASE NOTE that the second RSCDS Teachers’ Associations Conference will take place in Aberdeen on Friday 2nd November, prior to the start of the AGM/Conference Weekend. Details have yet to be finalised, but those likely to attend it may wish to consider booking accommodation for the night of Thursday 1st November.
