The pack comprises a DVD showing how some of the dances are done and a possible approach to teaching these. Also on the DVD is a pdf file containg the detailed descriptions of the formations and dances which teachers can print out for use in class. The pack includes a CD of the music needed for all the dances shown below plus the ever popular The Flying Scotsman.
