Group profile

Welcome to the Oxford University Scottish Dance Society. We run weekly classes during term time, where we teach Scottish country dances and ceilidh dances. The last week of each term is reserved for our End of Term Dance.

Regular classes take place on Tuesday during term time from 7.30pm to 10pm at Wesley Memorial Church. Beginners are always welcome on Tuesday. Come along, meet new people, and have fun doing it. You learn easy ceilidh dances, but also more difficult strathspeys, jigs and reels. We also run advanced classes on Wednesday. For our Michaelmas term card click here.
