Formed in 2003, the Silver Tassie Scottish Dance Club is based in Perm, Russia.

We hold weekly SCD, Scottish Step and Highland Classes open to join in.

We organise demonstration performances, workshops, balls and social dance. In cooperation with the musicians of the Permian Ceilidh Band, we arrange ceilidh and public dance programmes at festivals and cultural events.
Club members participate in Scottish dance events in Russia and abroad.
