Branch profile
New members interested in trying Scottish Country Dancing for the first time or those who would like to rekindle their previous involvement will be made very welcome. Perhaps you are new to West Renfrewshire/Inverclyde area; perhaps you danced at school; perhaps you and your partner want to join an activity together? Scottish Country Dancing not only keeps your body fit but keeps your mind very alert and introduces you to new friends all over the world with the same interest.
Whatever your reason for joining us, the West Renfrewshire Branch will make sure that new dancers are made to feel very welcome. You don’t need to have any prior experience, you don’t need special clothes or footwear (soft shoes) - and you definitely don’t need to be Scottish!
Classes have ceased for summer vacation but will resume in September 2025. The actual start date will be posted here soon and everyone is very welcome to along and join us.
