Copy of Week-end de l’Assemblée Générale 2019

Friday

Kicking off the AGM & Conference Weekend is the Teaching Conference, which runs from 10am until 4pm. In the evening guests have the choice between a Ceilidh or a Country Dance, and if you like you can even go to both!

Please note that attendees will need to book their own accommodation. We suggest booking early as local establishments tend to sell out quite fast.

We are delighted to confirm that, subject to any Scottish Government restrictions, the Autumn Gathering weekend will take place in Perth from the 5th - 7th November 2021.

Saturday at 2pm

 The AGM

Delegates and observers are invited to attend the meeting which will be hosted in the Coaching Hall in the Autumn Gathering venue in Perth. Please note that the internet connection in the venue in Perth is not suitable for live streaming the AGM, however, we plan to record the meeting and upload it to the website shortly after the event.

For those of you coming along to the AGM this year, we would like to highlight some important documents:

    Voting at the 2021 AGM

In order to support the smooth running of the AGM this year, we are once again planning to utilise the user-friendly Mi-Voice digital voting platform.  Delegates will be emailed specific instructions on how to access the platform and how to vote on the AGM motions and election candidates.

Please note that, back in June when we were required to start making arrangements, the Management Board took the decision to hold the 2021 AGM in person. However, due to the ongoing uncertainty regarding COVID restrictions, the AGM motions were added to the digital voting form this year in case there is a last minute requirement to move the meeting to an online platform (Zoom) instead. We appreciate your understanding.
