The Education and Training Committee, in collaboration with Membership Services is pleased to publish the new Syllabus for the Medal Test.

Medal Tests for Young Dancers, The Syllabus and the Dances contains full descriptions of all of the dances in the Medal Tests syllabus.

The RSCDS Medal Tests were introduced in 2003 and have been revised over the years, following a comprehensive consultative exercise. The syllabus encompasses most of the changes that Medal Test teachers and assessors thought were required and provides coverage of all the basic techniques, formations and progressions through the grades.
