Scottish
country dancing has extensive and measurable fitness benefits for older people,
according to research at the
University
of
Strathclyde in
Glasgow.
Although
they have been on the website since May, some people have had difficulty
finding the nomination forms for management posts for 2010, links are now given here.

are a member of one of the Teachers’ Associations, a teacher or a dancer with
an interest in the work of the Teachers’ Associations, please come to the
conference and find out more.
Young music composers and dance devisors, who reside in Perth and
Kinross, are invited to submit entries to
two competitions which are being run in association with the PERTH 800th Anniversary
Celebrations.
Booking for the 2010 AGM & Conference Weekend is now open. Please
